We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy times, such as holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Orders returned to us may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us right away at info@graceandgold.com with your order number and any supporting photos. We’ll review and work quickly on a solution.
